This obviously was a cracking day at the office and we came out with a +21.40 point profit on the day. 🙂
Mr Macphisto also placed and Antrim Coast won but we did not take them for the site so  🙁
We have a few over at Punchestown tomorrow which are as follows
1.50 Kalaroun 80-1
2.25 Angelsworknovertime @ 10-1 for 4 places
3.00 Clifftop @ 14-1 for 6 places
There looks like being a revamp on the markets in the 1.50 as the odds on favourite looks unlikely to run. So we will wait for the markets to be republished before go in for Kalaroun.

3.35 Tom Kelly 33-1 but we have taken 20-1 for 7 places
4.10 Atlantic Wonder @ 13-2 for 6 places
4.10 Tideways Hero @ 14-1 for 6 places
4.10 Breagagh @ 14-1 for 6 places
4.45 Getaway Charlie @ 14-1 for 6 places

We have taken two against the field in both the 4.10 and 4.45 but with 6 places available we will hopefully get one home in each race. 🙂
Antrim Coast and Atlantic Wonder might make for a cheeky each way double if you are looking for an extra wager on the day. ?

Another reasonable day yesterday with What An Ocean and Mr Sundancer both placing and along with Katzoff ending up a non runner we ended up with a tidy enough +4.2 point profit on the day. 🙂
There is nothing of note on this thread until Tuesday over at Punchestown where weather permitting there looks to be a handful of options on the horizon.

A touch of the nears last week with Son Scoring, Pigeon House came second West Ham and Newcastle both won 2-0. Both Fiji and Australia won but obviously not by the required amount. 🙁

A good start with Tom Kelly placing yesterday but Max Time losing meant we just about wiped our nose on the day but at least we did not lose anything. 🙂
The next punt is likely to be Friday as we wait for a decent racecard and hopefully some settled weather.

Just in case the prices come up too late on Tom Kelly for betting without the favourite/s, we have initially taken a skinny 14-1 for 5 places as we think he could run a decent race today. 🤔

I was unsure what to do with these today so did not post any updates but as it turned out it was a mixed bag of results with Skradin our only one race selection winning at 3-1. Lazer Wolf placed 15-2 but was a win had you backed without the favourite/s, Banada Bridge placed 100-30 and Croi Corcra placed advised 10-1. We were unlucky with Faux Fur in the first as the saddle slipped and the horse was pulled up when travelling well. 🙁
Had we ventured in we would have lost a few points on the day but it would not have been a disaster.
As for tomorrow we have a couple of long shots over at Galway

As you can see we have gone straight in with Max Time but will be looking for an each way extra bet or a bet without both Pour Les Filles and Olympic Man before going in with Tom Kelly.

Well Phils Choice came a very close up fifth and Will It Be You faded to eight so thats one for Suds. 🙂
Samui did not fare much better so the day from my prespective was not great 🙁 but you can’t win them all and we are much more confident over tomorrows meeting albiet there are less options than today.
The meeting is at Fairyhouse and the going is listed as “Soft” and hopefully will remain that way.

Apologies for the issues posting but we are working on it. 🙂
We have a late update today as I am a bit concerned with the ground today. Yesterday started well enough with Pigeon House and Grandpa Ger both placing but the later races saw the ground worsen and Yara Greyjoy pull up and Treyarnon Bay finish tailed off.
With this in mind we only put two up today which is dissapointing given the amount of racing on offer. 🙁

Qatar Spirit was indeed a decent shout and was the biggest return on the day. 🙂
Hypotenus won and Mullins Cross came second and although we just missed the win double the place return kept us honest on the bet. 🙂
As for tomorrow we will be doing really to finish the week as well as we started it but here goes

2.15 Pigeon House 11-2 looks like a shot to nothing at 5-1 for 5 places as I really do not see this one finishing further down the filed than that and the win would be a bonus.
2.50 Granpa Ger 33-1 looks a decent shout but 14-1 for 7 places looks the safe option
3.25 Yara Greyjoy 50-1
3.25 Treyarnon Bay 66-1
We will be looking for each way extra’s on the the in the 3.25 but would take Yara Greyjoy at 50-1 for 5 places if the markets are not published early doors or the price looks like shortening.

The ground has gone to “Heavy” straight away this morning but we will still go in with the 26-1 for 8 places currently available on Qatar Spirit , but beware the non runners. Qatar Spirit is an ex french raced horse so hopefully will be used to getting his toe in. 🙂
