MikeKeymasterHi
That was closer than I would have liked and although Not My Problem did finish 9th and only lost 8th by a neck I will admit to being quite sweet on this runner and had expected a better finish.
However 9th is what we needed and at the required 4.5 points each way (for our 9 point bet) with no deductions we cleared a +12.60 point profit which now leaves us on a running total of +100.35 points. π
As we are using the rolling maul type of bet the next bet will have to be 10 points (its getting near squeaky bum time). π
MikeKeymasterHi
We managed to get a bit of 19-1 for 9 places on Not My problem over at Leopardstown but there may or may not be a small deduction due to a late non runner.
For those looking for something more adventurous there is a possible each way double with a cash out option.
1.40 Purse Price @ 5-1 betting without both Captain Cody and Blizzard Of Oz
2.15 Not My Problem @ 33-1 betting without both Crooked Tannie and Zeeband
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
As you might have guessed by my post midweek “However beware, as when this happens I get grumpy and will be throwing some silly ones in for this weekends competition along with a couple of banker bets” we had been hitting the crossbar of late and I was determined to get one in..lol. No problem with the free bet that’s the rules over Β£100 and we split the winnings under a Β£100 and free bets to your equivelant share. π It might not be much but anyone who joins in gets a free share of any lottery ticket winnings etc and it costs you absolutely nadda. π It also helps make for a bit of fun and many thanks for joining in as usual. π
I have had the usual queries over the stakes placed etc (only happens when we win….lol). we place a six fold with 20 trebles but we have to use the Β£2 stake as it matches the price of a lottery ticket.
The six selections represent the six balls you need to win the jackpot with the trebles being the equivelant of the minimum number of balls (three) required for a cash win.
Hence the bet is 20x 9p trebles plus a 20p sixfold which paid out just over Β£30 yesterday. Now this is just a fun competition as we do not mention personal winnings on this site and obviously what we/or yourselves place as a bet is up to you. The accumultor yesterday as mentioned yesterday was just over 79-1 and we all made a nice few quid out of it hence it was a good day at the office. π
MikeKeymasterHi
We will be keeping a close eye out for non runners and market changes in the 2.15 at Leopardstown as we have a each way extra shout by way of Not My Problem in our sights. This one is being used in our standard Winning Post Tips thread and is currently trading at 100-1 but has drifted out from 33-1 so is no guaranteed runner. We can secure 19-1 for 9 places but would need the 9 places without to many deductions. So be careful of non runners which are usually declared by about 10.30 on a Sunday.
MikeKeymasterHi
We have an interesting selection over at Leopardstwon tomorrow taken using a new formula from our database.
2.15 Not My Problem 100-1 but we will take the 17-1 for 9 places unless the market changes by the morning. Also a big shout out to Joe and Suds who along with myself had a blinding week at the office throughout the site. π
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
Well done that makes for a +7 point profit not including the spare that I posted for you yesterday which would have taken you to just over a +10 point profit. π
This weekend has been one of the best we have had here in along time with all four of the threads that were used bringing home the bacon. πThis also means we have several databases on the go that seem to steadily improving, hmmm…be interesting to see what would happen if we all got together one weekend as there could be a massive acca on the cards between the three of us.Β π
MikeKeymasterHi
That was squeeky bum time in the Aston Villa game but it worked out in the end. Which means we have landed our first sixfold on this thread in 2024. π
Lions -6 to beat Sharks @ 10-11 Won
MIL Bucks -4 to beat the CHI Bulls @ 10-11 Won
Aston Villa to beat Luton with BTTS @ 7-4 Won
Swindon v Harrogate @ 1-1 Won
Over 1 goal + over 4 corners Swindon + over 2 goals Harrogate
Wrexham v Accrington @ 11-10 Won
Wrexham to win + over 3 corners Wrexham + over 2 corners Accrington
Newport v Mansfield @ 10-11 Won
Over 0 goal Mansfield + over 3 corners for both teams
The actual odds on the accumulator were 79.36-1 and the trebles were a similar price but I cannot be asked to work them out individually.
This means that although we did not get over the Β£100 mark using our Β£2 stakes (to match the lotto ticket price). We still cleared a Β£30+ profit on the day so Suds gets a free Β£5 bet to use on any of my accounts just for joining in. Now assumng the lottery ticket does not win this puts us more or less already home and dry in this years competition and we are only in March.
Now I do not mind if our lotto numbers come in as tonights 15 million would ease my pain at losing…but.. π π
MikeKeymasterHi
Being at home without a car is a nuisance but I have been able to watch some of the sport. π
Joe has had double bubble with both his bets coming in on his thread Joe.. goes to the corner π and my football bet came in with the fourfold paying out at the advised 16-1. π
Crawley v Barrow @ 23-20
Over 1 goal and over 4 corners for Barrow
Swindon v Harrogate @ 1-1
Over 1 goal + over 4 corners Swindon + over 2 corners Harrogate
Wrexham v Accrington @ 11-10
Wrexham to win + over 3 corners Wrexham + over 2 corners Accrington
Newport v Mansfield @ 10-11
Over 0 goals Mansfield + over 3 corners for both teams
Suds Rugby bets are coming in and Beat The Lotto (Β£)Β thread just needs Villa to win and Luton to score and we will have a full house today. π
The only dissapointment was some idiot trying a long shot treble using Suds database that was close but no coconut. π The idiot was me by the way…lol.
MikeKeymasterHi Joe
Looks like another double payout π
MikeKeymasterHi
Apologies for the typo’s in the above posts but it had been a long day. πΒ Just to compound the problem some of the corrections were done today on my phone whilst travelling in the back of a breakdown truck as they took my car to the garage. It’s been one of those weeks. But it can only get better (do you ever wish you had never said something…run John run). π

MikeKeymasterHi
Inspired by my dabble on Suds Rugby Championship database last night and having no racing on today, I thought I would add a few bets on here and push the boat out odds wise.
Lions v Sharks
Lions -3.5 to beat Sharks
Under 57.5 points in the game
Over 5.5 tries in the game
Both teams to have more tries than penalties
This is pushing the sheet to its limits but this bet bet comes out @ 6-1
Benetton v Glasgow
Glasgow +1.5 to beat Benetton
Under 55.5 points in the game
Over 4.5 tries in the game
Both teams to have more tries than penalties
Once again this is probabaly stretching it tight but @ 6-1 ?
Bulls v Stormers
Bulls -3.5 to beat Stormers
Bulls more tries than penalties
Most tries in the game Bulls
Over 6.5 tries in the game in total
Over 46.5 points in the game
This looks safer @ 13-5 but thats the cue to crash and burn..lol.
I would be chuffed if any one of these comes in but for those venture into the dark side of multiples the odds are quite good for the treble at 175.4-1.
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
No worries I know you had a few issues today I will in the blanks now.
Lions -6 to beat Sharks @ 10-11
MIL Bucks -4 to beat the CHI Bulls @ 10-11
Aston Villa to beat Luton with BTTS @ 7-4
Swindon v Harrogate @ 1-1
Over 1 goal + over 4 corners Swindon + over 2 goals Harrogate
Wrexham v Accrington @ 11-10
Wrexham to win + over 3 corners Wrexham + over 2 corners Accrington
Newport v Mansfield @ 10-11
Over 0 goal Mansfield + over 3 corners for both teams
This weeks lottery numbers are the usual 4,7,16,23,31 and 50
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
I see your Edinburgh v Ospreys bet came off as well as the one I posted for you even though they were different wagers. It also proves the database is worth sticking with if a novice like me can use it. π
Well done and thanks for sticking with it. π
Edinburgh v Ospreys
Ospreys +13.5 points to win
Over 32.5 points
Over 1.5 penalties
17/10
Here is the one I posted and used on the main Goalpost Tips thread.
Edinburgh v Ospreys @ 9-2
Under 48.5 points in the game
Over 2.5 penalties scored
Ospreys +15.5 to win
Unfortunately the other one lost but such is life and you cleared a tidy profit either way and were not far off on the double. -
