MikeKeymasterHi
Mickey Cohen was a non runner and Illtakehimmyself placed for a small 0.17 loss on the day which means we go into tomorrow on +22.27. We have bypassed the bet on Can Happen as the price was not inspiring without the favourite.
We head over to Wexford tomorrow for another 1/2 point each way double on these two chancer’s.5.20 Lakota Blue @ 14-1 for 4 places
8.00 A Snow White Park @ 13-2 for 5 places
MikeKeymasterHi
Big Dispute ran a stinker so we dropped a point last time out and start July on +22.44 but a positive is that the Irish NH racing is back so we hope it will on wards and upwards from here. We got to Limerick today with the following6.23 Micky Cohen @ 7-1 for 4 places
6.58 Illtakehimmyself @ 10-3 for 5 placesThe above will be taken as a 1/2 point each way double to see if we can get back on track.
MikeKeymasterHi.. just testing a file or two (as we are having a few issues with file extensions) which may disappear during the course of the day.
Third edit: (3.27pm Sunday) By now everyone who has access to this thread should see links to two articles/excel spreadsheets ( below) if you cannot see anything (by 3.30 pm) let me know.https://goalpoststowinningposts.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Draw-Bias.xlsx (Supplied by Steve)
The above is work in progress sheet that we hope to be able to edit (eventually)..lol. The above file can be viewed on PC etc but not on phone (as Suds just informed me)…Oh… I just love technology.
We now have One Drive (or is it left hand drive ??) set up (lol) and are managing to post articles and alter our own versions but my mind is now blown so I will go back to playing Windrose and pick this up again later. A pirates life was so much easier…..
MikeKeymasterHi Rob
Nice to see you are up and about again. As to the “poacher has turned gamekeeper” we all need to do that more often as it is only by knowing your enemy strength that you spot their weakness.
Enjoy your evening out.
MikeKeymasterHi
We two lose in photograph finishes last week and the golf bet come in so with no return on the lottery ticket it was a no score draw. But this week “it could be you”…lol.York 1.20 Sue’s Last Chance @ 9-1
Chepstow 6.35 Hallandale Beach @ 11-8
Cape Verde to beat Saudi Arabia @ 6-4
Uruguay v Spain BTTS @ 11-10
Croatia v Ghana BTTS @ 1-1
Egypt v Iran BTTS @ 5-4The lottery numbers are the usual 4,7,16,23,26 and 50
MikeKeymasterHi
If this thread goes offline for an hour or two this weekend it’s not an issue we are just trying to enable excel sheets to be posted and possibly altered/adjusted on site. It’s a bold move but Suds and Steve have been coming up with some interesting ideas/sheets and although we are an old school site we think this would be an appropriate step into at least…the 18th century…lol.
All other threads should remain unaffected but this time of year is our site revamp time while the Irish NH racing is taking a time out. I know it seems as though we are not around but we are always in the background so if any issues occur just drop me an e-mail.
MikeKeymasterHi
Bit disappointing as I can only get 21-20 for my two for a top 5 finish but it is what it is and it is a weak race.
MikeKeymasterHi
Crypto Crash let the side so we bounce back to +23.44 but it could be an interesting day tomorrow at Ballinrobe as three of the threads have selections all in different races.6.25 Coul Dreamer
6.25 Big Dispute
The above are mine where we will be looking for a bet builder.7.27 Sands Castle In for a penny in for a pound
8.30 Switch From Diesel QUALITY RACING 2026
MikeKeymasterHi
Two winners and a non runner gave us a default treble last week for a win so it’s on the this weeks super six which are as followsAscot 3.05 Kalpana @ 5-2
Ascot 3.40 Satona Reve @ 10-3
Ayr 4.05 Rhyme Dust @ 11-1
Newmarket 3.11 Expert Agent @ 10-3
Down Royal 5.43 Joe Cool @ 11-4
US Open Wyndham Clark @ 9-5The lottery numbers are the usual 4,7,16,23,26 and 50. I have no idea what the new two draw thing is but it has to be better than one….lol.
MikeKeymasterHi
A little bit better with the last one with Charlies Gift placing third for a +1.1 profit on the day. This takes us back up to +24.44 in total.
We have one going tomorrow o the flat at Leopardstown who is going to back to the flat after half a dozen runs over hurdles.7.20 Crypto Crash 1/2 point each way @ 25-1 for 5 places
MikeKeymasterHi
Well I guess Charlies Gift did not know he was a gamble as he pulled up…lol. However Dearg Mor placed for a nominal profit so we ended up losing 0.90 on the day. This leaves us on +23.34 as we play a strange one today at Royal Ascot. We do not get many here as Irish hurdlers are few and far between in meetings like this but we are following a system so here goes.5.00 Tim Toe 1/2 point each way @ 16-1 for 6 places.
MikeKeymasterHi
Well I did say I fancied Sweden to be the surprise package and after last nights 5-1 win the chances of qualification out of the group look quite promising. This begs the question that now Graham Potter has redeemed his reputation, with possibly another 3 or more games on the agenda can Alexander Isak do the same.
Isak once touted as a rival to Haaland spent a lot of time on the bench last season and now also has something to prove. Isak already has one goal in the bag and at 50-1 the quarter odds each way for 4 places look too tempting not to have a dabble.
I am sure Graham Potter targeted the opening game as the one to win and he is not renown for having a plan B so hopefully will go all out against the group favorites, knowing just one more result will secure progression to the knockout stages. This would give Isak the chance to shine and although Ayari has already two in the bag for Sweden I can see our selection being the one most likely to step up to the plate.
MikeKeymasterHi
We took the 20-1 but if anyone is still pondering the options Charlie’s Gift is being backed this morning and looks like developing into a gamble. ?
MikeKeymasterHi
Well that was disaster as I dropped 2 points on the day as having pushed my luck and gone in again hoping that the selection pulling up last time out was a one off but unfortunately it appears he has lost his love for the game. ?
This leaves us back down at +24.24 with two going at Kilbeggan tomorrow.6.42 Dearg Mor (To Follow) which placed for us last time out so will only cost us 1.5 points each way to clear the 10 point profit required and we get 5 places.
7.12 Charlies Gift 20-1 for 5 places which we will take at 1/2 point each way tonight unless the extra markets offer us something better in the next hour or so. -
