Well done with Jupiter De Gite Suds how he didn’t win that I will never know I was convinced he had that on the line. But it was still +4 points (was a nose away from being+30) . My “To Follow” horse won for +9 I meant to have typed 3.5 last night to get the required 10 points but it has been a long week.
However it was +13 on the day and has gone a long way to proving anybody can use the system and we now stand on a running total of +62.51. I have nothing so far for tomorrow but will double check later.

I got the wrong team for the quarter finals I should have gone with Sweden’s neighbors Norway…lol. But at least our tournament main bet Argentina have made it through to the final so backing against them or cashing out is a viable option.
It will not be long before the premiership starts up so if anyone is interested we will be trying a long haul ante post wager on the all or most of the clubs that are likely to be involved at the top and bottom of the table and following them through the season.

Between us we backed 8 horses and although no winners 7 of them placed including a 33-1 and an each way double this means we ended the day on +8.14 and means we move up to +49.51 as a running total.
I have Mickey Cohen declared at Downpatrick tomorrow but as he ran on Sunday am convinced he will not run tomorrow so will lave him for now.

Alabatala is a huge drifter and we might have come unstuck there as 14-1 for 3 places is now availble and we did not get BOG (best odds guaranteed) last night.
1.10 Whats New has shortened to 3-1 but BOG is now available there.

4.00 Dream Shaper is now 33-1 for 4 places and we will chance 1/2 point each way there hoping for a miracle.

The first joint post could have been worse with the bet builder winning Goin’ and Thewaybackhome both placed which gave us a nominal but welcome +0.45 on the day. This means we go into tomorrow on +41.37 and if Minella post had not come a cropper at the last fence it could have been a lot better.
I do not know about Sudsie but I have four lined up for Sligo which are as follows.

2.15 Albatala (“To Follow” horse) and we have had to go in at 1.5 points each way @ 15-2 4 places

Well the first post curse nearly got you as your selection was all but run of the race out by the loose horse, so keeping on for second was not a bad start. The loss on the day was only 0.35 so we jointly go into tomorrow on +40.92.
I have a few going tomorrow which are listed below it will be interesting to see if we overlap.

We have been threatening to do this for a while and now we have a decent balance to play with and are just a smidge over the halfway point in the year Suds will now join in with a new list of To Follow horses taken from the data base.
The idea is to prove that it does not matter who uses the system it should work for anybody regardless of there expertise but beware the first post curse Sudsie…lol.

That was a good day at the office with Hopeful Hero the “To Follow” horse winning taken at 10-1 for + 12. Whats New our other selection in the race came second which brought in the bet builder for +2. Then to cap a perfect day off Accustomed won advised at 10-1 for +6.
This made us +20 points on the day and takes us to a running total of +41.27. There is no racing tomorrow for us but we will be back on Monday or Tuesday.

Lakota Blue let the side down as a Snow White Park ran a cracker but its still a one point loss which takes us back to +21.27. However we finally have a “To Follow” horse going today over at Bellewstown.
