MikeKeymasterHi
Not an inspiring race and it’s a chase rather than a hurdle but we will go with both Dearg Mor and Charlie’s Gift to finish in the top 5 @ 39-10 a today’s bet builder.06/10/2026 at 7:12 PM #21908
MikeKeymasterHi
Dearg Mor placed third which lost 0.2 but with Charlies Gift grabbing fourth it brought the bet builder in for +3.9 which made us a +3.70 profit on the day. This takes us up to running total of +129.62 and with no Irish hurdle racing tomorrow leaves us taking on a double on horses taken from our list which are either running on the flat or outside of Ireland.Worcester 4.35 Fighting Falcon @ 9-1 for 4 places
Navan 4.48 Albatala 8-1 for 5 places1/2 point each way double.

MikeKeymasterHi
The last bet went down but as they were not hurdling we only dropped a point on the long shot double and now stand at +128.62. We have two definite bets for tomorrow and a couple of extra market options.Tramore 2.45 Goodmancon (“To Follow” horse) 1 point each way @ 12-1
Tramore 3.55 Jacko Star (“To Follow” horse) 2 points each way @ 9-2Tramore 4.30 Dontcavein 12-1 for 3 places
Tramore 5.05 Doctor Confusion 4-1 for 3 places
1/2 point each way double on the two above as they are going chasing.Market Rasen 3.06 Whitewinewednesday & Blue De Neuf
We will see if we can get a bet builder on the above in the morning.08/10/2026 at 1:25 PM #21911
MikeKeymasterHi
We have gone with Whitewinewednesday & Blue De Neuf to finish in the top 3 @ 5-2 in today’s bet builder.08/10/2026 at 7:20 PM #21914
MikeKeymasterHi
You get days like this with the only one of our runners that looked like saving the day (Jacko Star) falling whilst jumping into the lead two fences out. This means we suffered one of our worst losses to date dropping 8 points on the day which reduces our running total down to +120.62 which is still good but looked like being so much more ten days ago.
We have just the one definite bet tomorrow at Downpatrick and two possibilities over at Chepstow which we have no obligation to bet on.Downpatrick 2.48 Speakasyoufind (“To Follow” horse) 1 point each way @ 12-1
Chepstow 3.12 Morning Mayhem 33-1
Chepstow 3.43 Hopeful Hero 33-1We will update the thread in the morning if we take a plunge on the Chepstow runners.

ClarenceParticipantTomorrow at Downpatrick
3.23 Dark Berkshire 10/1 for 3 places for 3 places09/10/2026 at 2:59 PM #21917
MikeKeymasterHi
Just seen Speakasyoufind lose but no real surprise there it was a tough ask and we are confident he will pay us back. I thought I had missed the price on Morning Mayhem but he is drifting again now and at 5 places the 20-1 is worth 1/2 point each way.
It is true he is running outside of Ireland but we do like this one.09/10/2026 at 3:54 PM #21920
MikeKeymasterHi
We missed the start of Hopeful Hero’s race who would have got in with an each way extra but such is life. We will update the thread tonight in full.09/10/2026 at 8:32 PM #21924
MikeKeymasterHi
Morning Mayhem placed and reduced the deficit to 2.5 points today but that now takes us down to +118.12. We have a couple of options going at Fairyhouse tomorrow which are as follows.3.10 Anodandawink 3-1
5.00 Liceo 1/2 point each way @ 10-1 for 5 places
5.00 Crypto Crash 1/2 point each way @ 16-1 for 5 placesWe will look at placing a bet builder on the 5.00 when the markets are published.
10/10/2026 at 2:39 PM #21926
MikeKeymasterHi
We have gone with Liceo & Crypto Crash both for a top 8 finish as today’s bet builder which comes in @ 23-10.10/10/2026 at 5:10 PM #21927
ClarenceParticipant🙂 well done
Tomorrow at Cork
2.12 Centreofattention 14/1 for 5 places10/10/2026 at 6:38 PM #21928
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
Well at least it stopped the rot (for the time being). I say for the time being as I have a 150-1 shot going tomorrow which is a “To Follow” horse. As for today we made 3.90 points which brings us back up to a running total of +122.02.Chepstow 3.12 Bright Legend 1/2 point each way @ 16-1 for 4 places
Cork 2.47 Ruled By The Sun 1/2 point each way @ 150-111/10/2026 at 9:44 PM #21929
MikeKeymasterHi
Only one placed return today and a loss of 1.90 which takes us back to a running total of +120.12 which you would think would be disappointing. But…from our point of view the 150-1 shot Ruled By the Sun only missing out being placed by a couple of lengths was a result and goes a long way to proving we are getting closer to our “Golden Fleece” bet. We have only got three months to go and the data base will finally be almost fully operational and would see the end of a three year plan (hopefully) come to fruition.
As for tomorrow we have some “To Follow” horses running at Roscommon but the majority are running in flat races so we will just use them as standard wagers along with a speculative accumulator.2.30 Goldrush Kid 7-1
4.30 Ehteyat (“To Follow” horse) 1/2 point each way @ 33-1 for 5 places
5.07 Burlington House (“To Follow” horse) 1/2 point each way @ 40-1 for 5 placesWe will also go with the following 1/2 point each way accumulator using the extra markets.
2.30 Goldrush Kid @ 4-1 without both Lauderdale & King And Rakki for 4 places
4.30 Ehteyat @ 19-1 without both Royal Belief & Ballaghkeen for 4 places
5.07 Burlington House @ 19-1 without both Ellas Gold & Alex Belardo also for 4 places12/10/2026 at 7:20 PM #21931
MikeKeymasterHi
We dropped another three points today which takes us back down to +117.12 and although Burlington House showed some promise Ehteyat pulled up and Goldrush Kid never looked like getting involved.
We have three extra market horses going at Punchestown tomorrow of which the two in the 3.20 we will use in a bet builder (when the markets are published) and see what other options become available. The third one we will take on tonight.3.20 Accustomed 11-1
3.20 Space Warrior 20-1
4.30 Maxicourt 1/2 point each way @ 9-1 for 5 places. -
