Another one bites the dust unfortunately Marine Nationale is also out next week and as we only have him in my line and line 6 (LS) we will replace him with Il Et Temps in both lines. 🙂
Lets hope thats the last one, our lines are being decimated. 🙁
Now I have had a query over putting the original horse selections back in just in case they run in the Aintree Grand National meeting which is the last meeting of the competition. Unfortunately that will not be possible but if they are injured now I cannot see them risking it before the end of the season. ??MikeKeymasterHi

I have placed the bet all with NRNB so if any of yours do not run or do not run in that specific race you still have a bet going. As for the thread now we have a decent win under our belt I may start to throw the odd long shot in just for fun.:)
We have just made our last but one donation to LS and although we now have the CS2 server back up if anyone still fancies renting our own BF2 server as well just let me know. It was always a good laugh when we got a good game going it was just finding a balanced game to play in. 🙁MikeKeymasterHi
I do not know why but Chris Gotterup having made the cut in the first two rounds pulled out of the Farmers Insurance Open competition when 5 shots off the lead we are assuming with a minor issue. I say that could he also played last week although we bypassed him on that occasion. He is playing in the Puerto Rico Open this week and with most of the big names playing in the Armold Palmer Invitational or on the LIV Tour this week, he could be the man to be on.
22-1 for 6 places
18-1 for 8 places
16-1 for 10 places

Two non runners and Jeronimo De L’ouch placed at 14-1 (BOG) with bet365 so not a total disaster on the day but the big disappointment was Rodney who either Fell or Pulled Up. 🙁

That hurt as it was a 10 point loss 🙁 but it had all been going too well lately. !
Rodney looked quite comfortabe until the seventh fence where he clouted it lost momentum and started to drop back through the field. The official result says he fell but I beleive he pulled up. :(This puts us back to +90.35 points in the kitty but still on a 10 point bet option.MikeKeymasterHi

It’s a risky punt especially as mistakes are costly at this stage of the rolling maul but here goes

Rodney finished between Balally Park and Geronimo De Louch when they met a few months ago and Rodney has not really come on for the run but I still think he is the best value in the race today.MikeKeymasterHi
Bit of a let down as Almuht and Cosmic Blizzard are both non runners but we did manage to get 19-1 for 9 places on Rodney in the 4.40.
Jeronimo De L’ouch who also runs in the same race is an unlikley winner but at 10-1 for 4 places is probably worth a punt on a quiet day.MikeKeymasterHi
It could have been worse today but obviously with No Fussing pulling up the treble went down.

Purse Price won as he placed second behind one of the favourite’s and if you cashed out you made a profit on the day. I did not so I lost… 🙁
As for tomorrow we have a few options at Leopardstown but we will be looking an each way treble here

If you wanted to play safe I would suggest waiting until tomorrow and betting without the favourite/s where applicable but I will not be around a lot so have gone in tonight. I have only gone with the each way treble as I am not 100% convinced with a couple of these and the prices look on the short side.MikeKeymasterHi
The transfer window starts tomorrow and anyone wishing to replace up to two runners just let me know by the middle of next week. I would suggest that Rkay and Suds swap both Coolvalla and Bo Zenith as neither have run yet this year. This does not mean they will not run but it looks unlikely, this can happen and unfortunately has hamstrung there entries as they have been playing with only 8 horse instead of 10. I also beleive Allaho is now injured so I would recommend replacing him. 🙂MikeKeymasterHi
That was closer than I would have liked and although Not My Problem did finish 9th and only lost 8th by a neck I will admit to being quite sweet on this runner and had expected a better finish.
However 9th is what we needed and at the required 4.5 points each way (for our 9 point bet) with no deductions we cleared a +12.60 point profit which now leaves us on a running total of +100.35 points. 🙂
As we are using the rolling maul type of bet the next bet will have to be 10 points (its getting near squeaky bum time). 🙂 -
