MikeKeymasterHi
We will be keeping an eye on the following horses at Punchestown tomorrow
1.40 Tranquil Sea 12-1
3.10 Dollar Nolimit 7-1
3.40 Jacenry 7-1 for 5 places
We would like to do an each way double or two on the above but the first two races both have only 6 runners and we would need all six to go to post to get the each way option so will wait until lunchtime before deciding tomorrows final wager.
MikeKeymasterHi
I am going to stick with Paloman in the 1.35 at Naas tomorrow as he did help us get the thread started a few bets ago. Although available at 20-1 the 21-2 for 8 places looks the safest option, but we now have to go in with a 6 point wager at 3 points each way.
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
Well done, you only missed by the game having a freakish penalty count and although not a win you will soon be ahead of the game if you get one in with those sort of odds. I am still dabbling in even money shots on my thread. 🙁 I must be up against a pair of professionals in yourself and Joe. 🙂
MikeKeymasterHi
Here are this weeks selections to beat the lotto 🙂Bulls v Lions over 57.5 points @ 5-6
PHX Suns -4.5 to beat IND Pacers @ 20-23
POR Trailers v SA Spurs over 59.5 points 1st Quarter @ 10-11
Grimsby v Tranmere over 6 corners for Grimsby @ 11-10
Newcastle to beat Fulham @ 5-4
Fairyhouse 3.25 Time For Tea @ 7-2This weeks lottery numbers are the usual 4,7,16,23,31 and 50
MikeKeymasterHi
We will try a silly one tomorrow just in case lightning does strike twice and it will be
Fairyhouse 2.50 Lake Manzalah @ 95-1 4 places
We will also be looking on a more serious note at this one but without the favourite/s
Fairyhouse 3.25 Midweek Voices 10-1
MikeKeymasterHi Suds
I was working today so missed your update and thanks :).
Backinabit ran well for along way but blundered two out but was still a good shout. Kilbarry Saint came second for me and that will be two days in a row we have hit the crossbar but such is life. But I will settle for another +3 points on the day. 🙂
There is nothing for tomorrow so I will head over to the golf to see how we doing there. ?
MikeKeymasterHi
That was another nice result for the main thread and we are knocking on the door a bit as Kilbarry Saint came second at a decent price as did Al Gasparo yesterday. As for this thread our bet was placed just after the non runners so I could only get 9 places at 12-1 but it was still a +3.50 profit on the day which now takes us up to +27.75. 🙂
I have been asked why I do not use the bigger prices for this thread but the whole of idea on here is to see how far I can take the thread. Also as I am using the “Rolling Maul” system I am having to raise the stakes with every sucessful wager. So having used the 5 point option (2.5 points each way) today we now need to go up again. 🙁
MikeKeymasterHi
I am stuck at work having nearly but not quite managed to retire yet. 😕 But after yesterday’s success we will try another one taken from the main site.
Gowran Park 1.05 Kilbarry Saint 25-1 but the 11-1 for 10 places looks the safe option.
MikeKeymasterHi
Christopher Gotterup is playing later and we will take the 150-1 for 8 places in the Farmers Insurance Open.
MikeKeymasterHi
Al Gasparo not only obliged but actually ran a blinder and placed second at 50-1 behind our Ten To Follow entry Mirazur West. 🙂 Obviously we can only take the +2.80 on the day but it does take us up to a reasonable looking +24.25 kitty to play with. 🙂
MikeKeymasterHi
A nice day at the office today 🙂 with all of the selections getting a return albeit only a +4 points on the day for the thread. However for those of you who took a punt at Al Gasparo he touched 100-1 this morning and was also available at 50-1 betting without the favourite (which won) a few hours before the off. 🙂The bonus for the threads on the day was that in that 2.05 race the reult was as follows
1st Mirazur West 8-11 (This was our Ten To Follow competition horse)
2nd Al Gasparo 50-1 (This was our each way selection and was used in the Mike’s Retirement Plan thread)
3rd Jasmin De Cotte 20-1 (This was our back up plan which was not used)As for tomorrow we have one to look at over at Gowran Park
1.05 Kilberry Saint @ 20-1 for 6 places
MikeKeymasterHi
The boredom of playing safe in the football etc on the Mike’s Pension Pot thread has led to me the inevitable Long Shot punt for tonight
Fulham v Liverpool
BTTS and 2+ corners both teams both halves and 20+ booking points both teams. This comes out at 85-1 using bet builder on bet365 but with there 25% bonus offer hits the 107-1 spot which is worth a punt. 🙂
MikeKeymasterHi
All four runners go but we will be sticking with the first two bets from last night as the going/ground reports vary quite a bit this morning. 🙁
Hi Suds
Backinabit has unfortunately been declared a non runner and it would no surprise me that there will be a shed load of other runners doing the same thing with the uncertainty over the track conditions. 🙁
MikeKeymasterHi
We have been waiting for a while now and this may be a mistake due to impatience but we are going to use one of our bets from tomorrows Winning Post Tips thread on here and will go with 2 points each way on the following runner.
Fairyhouse 2.05 Al Gasparo 66-1 but we have gone with the 12-1 for 8 places -
