MikeKeymasterHi
Nice one Hopefull !. Two profitable days back to back after a nasty run hopefully means this will be the turning point. for you. This thread with the bigger prices and win only was always going to be a tricky ride. I would still recommend taking the early prices with BOG attached as yesterdays winner was available at 8-1 and todays at 17-2 and those extra points (+ 4.5 in this instance) could well make the difference at the end of the day. But Kudos for sticking with it, we are currently revamping the site in the background (as the end of the season approaches) and will be kicking off some new threads soon.
MikeKeymasterHi

MikeKeymasterHi
Ooops…. Old age does not come alone. ! The price on Gold Dancer should have been 20-1 for 5 places not 50-1. The 50-1 was for Born Bright in the 4.30 which was posted last night on Winning Post Tips . There may have been 25-1 showing but I can only take what I can prove or have taken, besides it still has to trouble the judge before it matters…lol.
MikeKeymasterHi
Godblessyourosie let the side down and although being a big drifter out to 12-1 still cost us -2 points as we had backed her the night before. This put us on +8.75 then we finally had our first win with a 4yo for the thread when Sudsie put up King Of the Bronx @ 11-1 which gave us another +13.20. Add in Queen Of Seduction who placed @ 16-1 for +2.20 then Gala Marcau placing @ 15-2 for +0.5 and we ended up with a grand total of +15.45 for the weekend and a running total for thread of +24.20.
Hamsiyaan was again a non runner but before we fully update the thread we have one more going tomorrow over at Fairyhouse.5.05 Gold Dancer @ 50-1 for 5 places but we are only looking for profit of over 10 points per runner so the prudent bet for those with weak tickers might be the 33-1 for 6 places.
MikeKeymasterHi
The swathe of non runners more or less ruined the competition side of things but with three decent priced horses all placing and two non runners by using our standard each way doubles and an each way acca we doubled our money on the day. Add that in with King Of The Bronx coming in on the Ridiculous Ideas for 2025 thread and were more than happy with the weekends work.
We will be concentrating on our threads next week but will throw a long shot in for tomorrow at Fairyhouse because we can…lol.4.30 Born Bright 50-1 for 5 places with Hills or 33-1 for 6 places with Skybet
MikeKeymasterHi
Mr incredible was always going to be an iffy punt but I am convinced one day he will turn up….lol.
We have a bet tomorrow using a mixed bag of selections taken from a few of the threads which Suds and I have turned into a personal competition here are mine.Cork 1.50 Queen Of Seduction @ 14-1 for 5 places
Fairyhouse 2.05 Aurea Fortuna @ 16-1 for 5 places
Fairyhouse 3.15 Hamsiyaan @ 15-2 for 6 places
Fairyhouse 3.50 Gala Marceau @ 15-2 for 4 places
Fairyhouse 5.00 Quai De Bourbon @ 10-1 for 6 places
MikeKeymasterHi
Not a bad set of results today we both used the now standard each way doubles and an acca but I have to concede defeat and Suds wins. I managed to wipe my nose (more or less) with four placed but Suds had four placed and a winner for a profit.
We are both having a dabble tomorrow in a similar vein but the selections will be taken from a mixture of the other threads and the final wager will go into the standard Winning Post Tips thread.
MikeKeymasterHi
Well this thread is like buses there are none in sight then they all turn up at once….lol. I also have a few for the thread which are as followsCork 1.50 Queen Of Seduction @ 16-1 for 5 places
Fairyhouse 3.15 Hamsiyaan @ 15-2 for 6 places
Fairyhouse 3.50 Gala Marceau @ 15-2 for 4 places
MikeKeymasterHi Hopefull
As you know the Fairyhouse meeting upset our plans for our end of season wager as well but these things are sent to try us. As for “Blaze The Way” that’s just typical as I noticed that although you posted him on this thread and he just missed out you had an advised at 7-1 winner yesterday with John Betjeman as your selection on the Beat The Lotto (£) yesterday which if posted on here would have made all the difference. Racing is all about Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda and overall you would have been in profit on the day and your luck will change on this thread soon enough as its consistency that counts.
MikeKeymasterHi
We might as well have a bet even though our original idea went down the river. Sudsie I believe will be posting an alternative viewpoint when I have finished posting here. (but in the same races).Fairyhouse 1.22 Young Lucy @ 9-1 for 5 places
Cork 2.12 Cathryns Ruby @ 8-1 but without Divaboriva and Colonel Victoria
Cork 2.47 Zoffanien @ 7-1 for 5 places
Cork 3.22 Cullig @ 5-1 for 5 places
Fairyhouse 3.35 Son Of Anarchy @ 11-4 without Good Deal and Icare d’Aubrelle
Fairyhouse 4.45 Washington Parks @ 22-1 for 6 places
MikeKeymasterHi
Unbelievable… ! As has been mentioned on numerous occasions over the last few months posts on this thread, we have been planning and scheming our end of season wager for this weekend which was going to complete tomorrow on the 20th which was the last double Irish NH fixture of the season covering all the grades of racing from Maiden Hurdles onwards.
Unfortunately Fairyhouse has been abandoned today and is unlikely to race tomorrow and if it does it will be atrocious ground. This has just put to bed our planned “Holy Grail” wager and apologies to those who were involved but such is life.
MikeKeymasterHi
Here are the rest of the selections all the best to those who enteredOspreys -2.5 to beat Cardiff @ 10-11
Fairyhouse 2.10 Kainsbourg @ 7-4
Fairyhouse 2.45 Ryehill @ 13-8
Newton Abbot 3.44 John Betjeman @ 11-2
Fairyhouse 5.05 Kalix Delabarrire @ 9-4
Justin Thomas to win the RBC Heritage @ 2-1The lottery numbers will be 4,7,16,23,26 and 50
