Hi
I will try and update the thread later but as you can see both horses are involved in a strange market as although when placing the bet we could get 12-1 on Flyway Maggie she has already drifted to 14-1. But if you have used Bet365 best odds guaranteed applies. 🙂
With Walk In Time most bookies are still between 80-1 and 100-1 but bet365 are only 33-1 so to get a decent each way extra I would recommend waiting until late morning when the markets level out. We unfortunately due to work issues are forced take an early price which is 19-1 for 8 places but such is life and we may go in again.

Hi
Well I think the writing was on the wall today but both ran a race of sorts.
We have two similar options tomorrow over at Gowran Park and as we are up this month may as well throw both in.
2.07 Walk In Time 100-1
2.42 Flyaway Maggie @ 12-1 for 5 places
We have taken Flyaway Maggie already but will wait and see what what we can get on Walk in Time as an each way extra bet in tomorrow’s  morning markets.

Hi Joe
I noticed that late last night 🙁 that does not bode well as they usually either do not run or trot around in last place…lol. I will probably be flat out at work again today so have taken the 16-1 for 5 places on Sameasiteverwas in the 4.45 and started praying for a miracle.  🙂

[Mike]

Hi
We will be having at look at Clonmel tomorrow with the following options
1.50 Moyode Mist 40-1
4.45 Sameasiteverwas 20-1
Both of these will be used as long as we can get an extra place or each way extra market option on them. We will update the thread as soon as the markets are posted.
That was quick..lol. I have managed to get 33-1 for 4 places on Moyode Mist hence the quick edit.

Hi
No joy with Siberian Star and with Flyaway Maggie being a non runner it was a loss on the day but nothing drastic and we will finish the month well up.
There is nothing running for us tomorrow so a day in the garden beckons, but Thursday looks a possibility.

[Mike]

Hi
I have been struggling to get a bet on Flyaway Maggie as the markets have not been published. The same applies to Siberian Star but I have gone with the 40-1 for 4 places with bet365.

[Mike]

Hi
There are a couple of runners of interest for tomorrow at Roscommon but we will need extra places etc before placing any bets and the markets are not yet available.
1.50 Flyaway Maggie 50-1
3.35 Siberian Star 40-1
We will obvously update the thread when the extra markets are published.  🙂

Hi
Another mixed bag today
1.20 Forge Road 12-1 placed and Storm Mahler 21-10 lost
2.30 Listentillitellyea @ 10-1 placed
3.43 Marelly 12-1 placed and Lily Of Dromond 40-1 but 17-1 for 10 placed and 19-1 for 9 placed
4.53 Owl Creek Bridge @ 40-1 for 5 places lost
Incredibly both Listentillitellyea and Marelly were both leading at the last before making a hash of it and losing out on the run in with both finishing second.
The biggest return on the day was Lily Of Dromond with both bets coming in 🙂
At the end of the day we came out with a +5 point profit which does not seem much and I feel a little hard done by but such is life. 🙂
There is nothing on for tomorrow so its back out into the garden 🙂

Hi
There has been a bit of a gamble going on with Forge Road in the 1.20 and he is now as low as 18-1 from 66-1 but we can still get 12-1 for 8 places with bet365 and 21-10 on Storm Mahler for 9 places.

[Mike]

Hi
Apologies for the last few days I have not been feeling so great. Kitty Galore ran a blinder under a big weight yesterday and once again led all the way to two out, but ran out of steam and was just pipped for fourth place close home. However, we have a hatful of selections at Listowel today.
1.20 Forge Road 66-1 and Storm Mahler 66-1 both will be for extra places when the markets open
2.30 Listentillitellyea @ 10-1 for 5 places
3.43 Marelly (was 25-1) we missed the gamble again on this one but have taken the 12-1 for 5 places and we have also taken Lily Of Dromond 40-1 but 17-1 for 10 places and 19-1 for 9 places.
4.53 Owl Creek Bridge @ 40-1 for 5 places
Owl Creek Bridge is available at 25-1 to 6 places with some firms but I beleive after a long lay off this one will either sink or swim today. Marelly is one of our horses to follow and was heavily backed last time before placing for us but again is an unknown quantity.

Hi
Balinaboola Steel is now a non runner so we have taken the 12-1 for 4 places on Kitty Galore. This run is over the bigger obstacles and she will be carrying a much bigger weight than last time. Therefore this is unlikely to be a runaway success like last time, but worth a punt all the same.

[Mike]

Hi
I am not feeling so good and am heading off early but will try and update the thread first thing tomorrow. 🙂 However both Balinaboola Steel 28-1 and Kitty Galore 11-1 (won for us last time out) are at present declared to run against each other in the 4.35 at Listowel. ??

[Mike]

Hi Joe
He is probably like Macilgoney the bugger will pop up at a big price when you least expect it. 🙂

[Mike]

Hi
Saddle In The Rain finished tenth which brought us a small profit on the day as our other bet Mont Saint Vincent ended up being a non runner.
The most annoying part of the day was in the 3.10 where we had a non runner Macilgoney won at 25-1 🙁
We have backed him at least four times ove the last four years and we missed him today. I suppose it only goes to prove every dog has his day. 🙂
We have nothing for tomorrow and I have an appointment which will last most of the day so it may be a quiet one on all the threads here for a day or two. ?

[Mike]

Hi
We have a couple of wagers for Listowel on Wednesday which are as follows

2.00 Saddle In The Rain 250-1 but available at 23-1 for 10 places and/or 29-1 for 9 places
3.10 Mont Saint Vincent @ 25-1 for 4 places with bet365

Now this a lesson in odds tonight (for me as well) Saddle In The Rain is 250-1 with a couple of firms but only 100-1 with bet365 who are the only firm offering the each way extra prices tonight. So the temptation is to take the 23-1 for 10 places tonight and wait to see what happens overnight before commiting to 9 places if they drift out tomorrow.
Mont Saint Vincent on the other hand is 25-1 with bet365 but 14-1 with all the other firms so we will go in straight away with bet365.

This next part is for JoeH. Balinaboola Steel also runs in the 3.10 at 25-1 but is available for 5 places with Skybet. Joe has done well with Balinaboola Steel on here in the past and will kill me if I don’t give the horse a mention. 🙂
