MikeKeymasterHi
Well that caught me out I was not expecting Taunton to go ahead but it is nice to see. This means we have missed a price point or two on the Taunton runner but snooze you lose.
Taunton 3.15 Clear Storm 16-1 but option B 14-1 for 4 places sky bet (But this one is still being backed)
Newcastle 3.33 Homer Stokes 100-1 but 23-1 for 5 places looks the option
MikeKeymasterHi
Another profitable day for Hopefull as Mojomaker placed and both option A and option B would have come in. The long shot idea had was not such a bad shout as although our selection did not come in. The outsider without the favourite was the right wager in the race as the 4-5 on favourite Treasure Fleet duly won the race and was followed home by Pink Petunia @ 80-1 and Vulkan Way @ 50-1.
Right scenario, right wager but wrong horse…lol.
MikeKeymasterHi
Whilst looking through some data sent over by Hopefull Suds and myself decided to look through a few different angles and have tried a different approach over on Winning Post Tips . Also in hindsight there was also one other piece of race data that does not sit right as the favourite is a talking horse purchased for big money but with no form and could be anything. This throws the form aspect for the race out of the window but means there might be an opportunity to dabble at a huge price in the hope of a place.
Wolverhampton 5.30 Marioento 200-1 but at 100-1 for 3 places betting without the aforementioned Treasure Fleet could be worth a cheeky punt. The trainer is no mug who shows a profit with his AW 4yo runners and steps this one up in trip today.
MikeKeymasterHi
Well at 65-1 as a bit of fun the last bet was worth a punt even it did not win The Good Doctor was beaten into second by a short head. Nine Nine won betting without the favourite/s and Invincible Nao also came second but just ran out of steam on the ground.
But our x-mas and new year bets were profitable and well received (in general…lol) and with little racing on at present (due to the weather) we will throw in a test run of an old idea using the tricast on some races at Wolverhampton tonight. The general information is taken from data supplied by Hopefull which we have dabbled with added up 2+2 and probably come up with 57 but it is a bit of fun and we will see how it goes.
7.00 Just A Spark/Tiger Crusade/Lir Special (any order)
8.30 Bossy Parker/Salaamaat/Concert Boy (any order)
These two are the most likely and the following are longer shots but are possible long shots and again will be in any order
6.00 Global Effort/Autumn Angel/Ustath
8.00 Bungle Bay/Pessoa/Speed Court
MikeKeymasterHi
Last week got us back on track with only Arsenal letting the side down and puts us back in the driving seat for 2025.
Cork 12.30 Bacchanalian @ 9-4 Void
Hideki Matsuyama to win The Sentry @ 13-10 Won
Wincanton 1.33 In d’Or @ 11-8 Void
Man City to beat West Ham plus BTTS @ 13-10 Won
Arsenal to beat Brighton plus BTTS @ 13-5 Lost
Brentford to beat Southampton @ 6-5 WonWe will go in again this weekend and remember to post your bet and lucky number by 9pm Friday night you have to be in it to win it…lol
MikeKeymasterHi
Fathers Advice faded on the run in but you can’t win them all and Hopefull has an interesting runner going today at Woverhampton
7.00 Mojomaker 16-1 but option B would be 10-1 for 4 places
This one has an awful strike rate but is usually there or thereabouts and this looks a decent opportunity being a weak race. Mojomaker ran well here over course and distance the run before last despite being hampered at the start and having found 7f to far last time out returns to the right track, trip and jockey and off a lower mark.
MikeKeymasterHi
Another profit and another pat on the back for “Hopefull” with Dalmatic placing at a huge price and made for another profit on the day of +7 points on option A and a break even on the day on option B.
As for tomorrow’s selection there is just the one option but the extra place with bet365 could make all the difference.
Ayr 2.35 Fathers Advice @ 11-1 for 3 places
MikeKeymasterHi
With the racing going ahead I will price up today’s selections with added interest as there’s one we both like…lol.
Naas 3.05 Dalmatic 50-1 for 5 places or option B 15-1 for 9 places
Naas 3.40 Through The Storm @ 10-1
Through The Storm is of interest to me as the trainer does particularly well with his NHF horses has given this one a prep race two weeks ago and looks to have targeted this race. It is a tricky race with some decent stables throwing in some fancied prospects but at 10-1 I think ours is overpriced.
MikeKeymasterHi
Even though there were only two runners today with Arqoob placing at big odds whichever way you went Option A Option B or either with BOG attatched you would have cleared between a +3.8 and + 5 point profit on the day which was well deserved.
I will update tomorrows when we have confirmation of the racing going ahead, but over the last week this thread has certainly taken a step in the right direction and kudos to Hopefull for sticking with it.
MikeKeymasterHi
With most of the racing being abandoned we are left with just the two runners
Southwell 5.05 Arqoob 33-1 but 28-1 for 4 with sky bet looks best
Southwell 6.35 Glendown 33-1 (William Hill) with 22-1 for 4 sky bet again the option
MikeKeymasterHi
Looks like we are back to two this week for the weekend ticket and here are the selectionsCork 12.30 Bacchanalian @ 9-4
Hideki Matsuyama to win The Sentry @ 13-10
Wincanton 1.33 In d’Or @ 11-8
Man City to beat West Ham plus BTTS @ 13-10
Arsenal to beat Brighton plus BTTS @ 13-5
Brentford to beat Southampton @ 6-5The lottery numbers will be 4,7,16,23,31 and 50
MikeKeymasterHi
Well this thread seems to be settling down a little better now and is bringing in a decent priced place every day. Even if it is just living to fight another day it just needs that change of luck.
Lingfield 12.45 Pop dancer @ 25-1 -2
Lingfield 3.45 Balgowan 30-1 or 25-1 for 4 places (option B) Placed +5
Musselburgh 2.27 Dont Look Back 14-1 or 11-1 for 4 places (option B) NR
Musselburgh 2.57 Captain Ivan @ 28-1 NR
Southwell 4.30 Yakhabar 40-1 or 28-1 for 4 places (option B) -2
Southwell 5.00 Beauty Choice @ 22-1 for 4 places -2Musselburgh 3.27 Beyond The Verge @ 5-1 NR
Southwell 6.00 Foro Romano 40-1 or 25-1 for 4 places (option B) -2
MikeKeymasterHi
Well that could have been worse two won, two lost, two void (non runners) which means we wiped our nose and although the lotto won a lucky dip it needs to produce a cash return to beat us this week otherwise we win again by default of not losing.
Ospreys +5.5 to beat Cardiff @ 10-11 Won
Musselburgh 2.55 You Some Girl @ 4-1 Non Runner
Arsenal to beat Brentford plus BTTS @ 15-8 Won
Tramore 12.00 Titanium @ 10-1
Fairyhouse 12.10 Magic Boum @ 11-4
Fairyhouse 12.40 Lovely Hurling @ 9-2 Non Runner
For those that took part in this instance Suds and Hopefull here are the numbers for the lucky dip which will be played tomorrow and for which you would still be entitled to a 1/7th share of any winnings should these numbers 6,24,25,32,53 and 56 come in.
We will be running another competition tonight for any active members wishing to join. 🙂
MikeKeymasterHi
Whilst we were looking through a different thread x we have decided to try something out as an alternative option.
Lingfield 3.45 Sophosc @ 4-1 betting without both Gold Aura and Arch legend
Southwell 5.00 Judgement Call @ 16-1 for 4 places
The above wager would be an each way double and is just to see what would happen if we applied one of our systems from the Irish Hurdlers data to the races selected from Hopefull’s program (which are flat runners). -
