MikeKeymasterHi
The rescheduled Punchestown meeting is hopefully going ahead tomorrow and here is the revised list.1.30 Whimsy 5-4
2.00 Fortunate Lighting 13-2
2.35 Familiar Dreams 1-1
3.05 Knocknagoran Lady 25-1
4.10 Coffeys Forge 4-1 5 places (bet 365)
4.43 Johnny Cakes 8-1 @ 7-1 for 6 places (skybet)We will probably be using these on the winning post thread assuming the racing goes ahead.
MikeKeymasterHi
Today’s winner Shengai Enki perfectly highlights the difference we were mentioning this morning (about just one of the bigger priced selections making all the difference) as the maul bet would have paid out +11.8 points using Hopefull’s original prices and a miserly +1.3 had you used my option B. The each way bet lost and Daring plan was a non runner. I will be out and about tomorrow so cannot guarantee pricing up tomorrow’s selections but the way it has been working out running of SP has been the most profitable option of late anyway.
MikeKeymasterHi
Mgame’s line looks like it has two out for the end of the season in Sir Gino and Jeraboam Machin so replacements required G. !!Teahupoo

We will also be trying our back against the selections for Cheltenham which means points or prizes if you fancy a go…lol.
MikeKeymasterHi
I would love to blame the ground but I am guessing just too many big priced selections was the downfall yesterday as we ended up with a -8.35 point deficit which wiped out a lot of the good work done over the last week. But we all have days like this and if just one of those bigger priced selections had come in it would obviously would have been a different story. Here are todays prices for Hopefull’s list but beware of non runners as the weather worsens.14:00 FONTWELL Glynn Brae @ 4-5
15:20 NAAS Balko Dange @ 4-1
15:30 FONTWELL Shengai Enki 8-1 but 11-4 without Kruger Park & Kalif D’airy looks best
16:10 HEREFORD Picture Of You @ 6-4
16:30 FONTWELL Daring Plan @ 9-2
E/W AND PLACE
15:40 HEREFORD Cap Du Nord @ 11-2
MikeKeymasterHi
Another profitable day for Hopefull with Fashion Model advised at 9-2 and Carolina Jetsream advised at 13-8 both winning for the rolling maul. The each way bets could only manage Cooleenymore placed at 16-1 but the maul would turned a +5.75 profit and although there was a loss on the each way wagers it would have still been a profit on the day of +3.80 overall. Here are todays prices.13:35 NEWCASTLE-AW Surrey Belle @ 10-11
13:40 FAIRYHOUSE Lakota Blue 13-2 but 11-4 without Janes Harbour & Maxios Prime is option B
14:25 KEMPTON-AW Opec 13-2 but 9-5 without Mondo Man looks safer
16:52 CHEPSTOW Douglas Hyde @ 11-4
18:00 SOUTHWELL-AW Redhot Whisper 8-1 but 4-1 without Run With It & Joseph looks best
18:15 CHELMSFORD-AW Lilkian 8-1 but 7-2 without Combustion & Miss Moonshine is the option
19:15 CHELMSFORD-AW El Bufalo @ 3-1
E/W AND PLACE
18:45 CHELMSFORD-AW Bibendum 18-1 but 14-1 for 4 places is the option
18:30 SOUTHWELL-AW Charencey @ 14-1 for 4 places
MikeKeymasterHi

MikeKeymasterHi
Racing cancelled again today but we hope to have one going at Fairyhouse tomorrow for this thread.
1.05 Kish Bank @ 5-2
I also believe Suds might be posting a 4yo for the thread so fingers crossed.
MikeKeymasterHi
A bit late but we were not certain the racing was going ahead but here are todays prices and I have swapped a couple around as option B wagers.14:00 EXETER Kap Vert Non Runner
16:10 WARWICK Fashions Model @ 9-2
18:45 SOUTHWELL-AW Big Narstie @ 5-1
20:00 DUNDALK-AW Carolina Jetstream @ 13-8
E/W AND PLACE
15:00 EXETER Lady Balko 10-1 2 places
15:10 WARWICK Jafimgoso @ 12-1 for 4 places
16:30 EXETER Cooleenymore @ 16-1 for 4 places
19:15 SOUTHWELL-AW Create 33-1 or 25-1 for 4 places
MikeKeymasterHi
Another good day for the thread yesterday and once Hopefull has worked out his own staking plan he may well take over or alter it he see’s fit. As for yesterday results my progressive rolling maul bet would have worked thus. Starting stake 1 point which increases by 1 point every time you have a winner.
13:25 PUNCHESTOWN Fascile Mode 14-1 (but 7-1 without Waterford Whispers & Rath Gaul Boy) Non Runner
13:45 HUNTINGDON Not So Sobers @ 5-2 lost -1 = -1
13:55 PUNCHESTOWN Loughglynn @ 4-1 lost -1 = -2
14:55 PUNCHESTOWN William Munny @ 8-11 won +0.67 stake goes to 2 points = -1.33
15:25 PUNCHESTOWN Jade De Grugy @ 8-13 won +1.67 stake goes to 3 points = +0.34
15:35 LINGFIELD-AW Mighty Moth @ 7-2 won 9-2 (BOG) + 13.50 STAKE goes up to 4 points = +13.84
15:55 PUNCHESTOWN Dr Eggman @ 6-4 lost -4 = + 9.84
16:15 HUNTINGDON Next Left @ 3-1 lost -4 = +5.84
E/W OR PLACE
16:55 NEWCASTLE-AW Hot Team @ 50-1 (William Hill) 2 places lost -2
Total profit on day for the rolling maul bet +5.84 points (overall +3.84 after losing each way wager)
Now I know Hopefull has been using a LSP 1 point each race staking plan (which is safer)and there are lots of options and I am interested to see which way he goes. the reason I use this bet is supposing either of the last two bets had come in it would have been a nice touch on the day. On the subject of touch with this type of rolling maul bet you always have the option of kicking to touch (as it were) by stopping when you have achieved a set amount of profit.
MikeKeymasterHi
Frustratingly we had just spent two days working on a five horse wager over the eight race card at Punchestown and as we were typing it in the meeting has now been abandoned.
MikeKeymasterHi
Pookie Holler obviously did not run due to the racing being cancelled but is declared tomorrow at Punchestown (but it is a harder race).2.50 Pookie Holler @ 12-1
4.50 Seskin Flash @ 6-1 for 5 places
MikeKeymasterHi
Firstly apologies for listing two non runners in my first post yesterday old age does not come alone. The updated post has corrected this and thanks Suds for spotting it.
Hopefull’s list produced two winners Sacre Coeur @ 4-1 and Ballycamus @ 5-1 on the original post along with a place at 25-1 by way of Midnightattheoasis. These would have turned a +8 point profit on the day or option B would have produced a +2 point profit. This has helped put the thread back in the black and maybe means we have finally turned the corner. Kudos to Hopefull for sticking with it as we all have weeks where it goes wrong and lets hope for more of the same today. As Hopefull’s original lists have been paying higher dividends this week I have only put the one option B wager down as Fasclie Mode is a win bet (Maul wager) and might need a little assist.13:25 PUNCHESTOWN Fascile Mode 14-1 (but 7-1 without Waterford Whispers & Rath Gaul Boy)
13:45 HUNTINGDON Not So Sobers @ 5-2
13:55 PUNCHESTOWN Loughglynn @ 4-1
14:55 PUNCHESTOWN William Munny @ 8-11
15:25 PUNCHESTOWN Jade De Grugy @ 8-13
15:35 LINGFIELD-AW Mighty Moth @ 7-2
15:55 PUNCHESTOWN Dr Eggman @ 6-4
16:15 HUNTINGDON Next Left @ 3-1
E/W OR PLACE
16:55 NEWCASTLE-AW Hot Team @ 50-1 (William Hill) 2 places
