MikeKeymasterHi
I did a quick edit on two of the runners logged against the incorrect race time and have not had time to check with Hopefull that I got it right. Mr Escobar looks the only non runner so far and here would be the suggested early options for the maul list which would still be win bets.
Limerick 2.05 Arctic Piper 11-4 without Sainte Tartare & Nastya
Chepstow 2.15 Castlefort 7-4 without Lanesborough
Chepstow 2.45 Cabhfuilfungi 15-8 without Booster Bob
Newcastle 3.30 Lord Rocco 3-1 without Jacks Parrot & Jet Legs
MikeKeymasterHi
We are running out of options for this thread as we have quite a few on the go at present but will throw a Placepot in at Limerick tomorrow.
Metamorpheus & Optional Mix
Maciver & Garcon Doux
Nastya & Saint Tartare
Kentucky Beach & Bowensonfire
Makfils & Moudan
Ballybrittas & The Dancing TreeWith the ground coming up Heavy we feel there could be an upset on the cards in one or two of the races and have highlighted a few selections that might be worth a look (possibly betting without the favourite/s being the safer option).
MikeKeymasterHi
Lakota Blue faded badly having jumped the last in contention for -4 (-2 points each way) but such is life. Suds has noted that there is another 4yo going tomorrow at Limerick and we are not giving up on the 4yo’s just yet…lol.
3.40 You Done Well @ 6-1 for 3 places
MikeKeymasterHi
I cannot see much here at best all three without the favourites would be the best option but with the first one being up against an odds favourite you would have to take a chance on the favourite getting beaten to obtain the 9-4 which is to risky a proposition.
MikeKeymasterHi
I would like to assist but there are limited options as most of the six bets have been wiped out with Hereford being abandoned today.
This leaves three bets and unless I dig something up ie betting without the favourite/s its going to be a tough call. I will wait until all the no runners are declared then have a fresh look lunchtime.
MikeKeymasterHi
As Suds is working and I have the benefit of retirement I will be updating the threads and placing the bets on weeekdays. We can obtain 5-1 for 3 places on Lakota Blue with Sky Bet this morning and having contacted Suds we have agreed to settle on that for the day. It does not have BOG attached but the extra place could make all the difference now the ground has gone Heavy.
MikeKeymasterHi
Tremaine could not help the cause today but as you know we were hesitant as it was such a huge outsider but it was the first 4yo from the data base and I believe Suds has another for tomorrow. As for our other wager Ballybow did us proud by becoming our second winner for the thread. Here are the current standings for the thread.
Happy Me -0.2 points
Big Dispute -1 point
Bishbashbosh -0.2 points
Kish Bank -0.75 points
Aspurofthemoment +10.8 points
James the Brave (backed at 1 point each way @ 10-1) – 2
Tremaine (backed at 1 point each 11-1) -2
Ballybow (backed at 1.5 points each way @ 15-2) +13.5Running total to date +18.15
MikeKeymasterHi
Ameilya is now a non runner but with Tremaine now available at 50-1 betting without both Charlus and Holy See this is just too tempting not to have a punt…lol. Suds has put up the best each way extra price on the Ridiculous Ideas for 2025 thread.
MikeKeymasterHi
As Ballybow has drifted out and we can now get 15-2 we will go with Ballybow and I will leave the best thread option for Tremaine to Suds. But I have put a wild one over on the Speed Ratings Irish Hurdlers thread which I could not resist.
MikeKeymasterHi
We have an issue in that a program we have been running quite successfully for a few weeks now has highlighted two huge outsiders in the 1.30 at Naas tomorrow.
Ameilya @ 100-1
Tremaine @ 150-1
Now we have a Willie Mullins trained (unraced over hurdles) odds on favourite and Holy See who is very much a likely improver who has looked a class act in other spheres to over come but at 40-1 without both of the above favourite’s they might just might be worth a punt. ???
We will check for each way extra prices on these in the morning.
MikeKeymasterHi
Well I guess it was had to happen eventually our first loss we dropped two points on James The Brave but we march on undeterred as we are still well up. But it will be a tricky a day tomorrow as we head in with one 4yo (Suds Choice) and a risky proposition over at Fairyhouse tomorrow.
1.30 Tremaine 150-1
3.00 Ballybow @ 11-2
We had not really considered the prospect of having runner on our list that would start at and SP of over 20-1 so will a have to consider our options tonight as we only need to make a profit of ten plus points per runner. To further complicate matters Mr Globalist 15-2 for 3 currently was on the list but runs at Sedgefield tomorrow having been sold since we compiled the list.
MikeKeymasterHi
This one is a little bit crazy but its been a good week on all the threads so lets go for it.Fairyhouse 2.48 James The Brave @ 10-1
Uttoxeter 2.32 Court Cian @ 5-2
Edinburgh to beat Scarlets @ 10-11
Notts Forest to beat Bournmouth @ 5-2
Man City to beat Chelsea @ 11-10
Chris Gotterup to win the Framers Open @ 12-1The Golf bet we just had to throw in as we had put Chris up as tip a few days ago @ 200-1 for 10 places on Other Sports and he is currently in joint first place so we thought why not spread the love just in case he wins.
The lottery numbers will be 4,7,15,23,31 and 50
MikeKeymasterHi
Due to the weather and lower grade racing there have not been many runners this month but the Valheim line have two going tomorrow.
Cheltenham 3.00 Constitution Hill (Also in Mgame’s line)
Cheltenham 3.35 Strong Leader (Also in the February line)
Ginny’s Destiny in the 1.50 at Cheltenham would be a welcome winner for a couple of the other lines but that’s a tough looking race.
MikeKeymasterHi
Well this one will test the system out as we head over to Fairyhouse for just the one runner.
2.48 James The Brave @ 10-1 -
