[Mike]

HI
I will update the lines for the end of February as per usual at the end of this week.
However with Cheltenham fast approaching and some of our lines unfortunately having a few injured or non runners in the mix we will have the opportunity to substitute two horses from each line.
Should you have a preference as to which horse you would like included in your individual line please let me know by the 1st of March otherwise I will automatically update them at the start of next week.. 🙂

[Mike]

Hi All

Hi
Since the last update we have had a mixed bag of results including some nice winners such as Appreciate It,Thyme Hill and Epatante.
Today we have three of the big guns coming out over at Fairyhouse which include Ballyadam,Envoi Allen and Honeysuckle and it would be nice to see a few winners there.
There is a possibility of another competition runner on Monday and I will update the lines next week with the points totals for November.

[Mike]

Hi
Not quite the start we were looking for but at least five of the six lines managed to get off the mark with Abracadabras 28.42 points, The Big Breakaway 12.4 points and Saint Roi with 1.10 points.
Most of our selections will end up running in the big races on the weekends and I will attempt to update the thread every so often. Should you wish to be notified when the entries run, just post your entries into one of the many free horse trackers such as http://www.irishracing.com/horsetracker

Hi
The lines have been entered and are as listed below but were subject to some of the original listed options not being available or being out for the season. I have made up the remainder of the lines and should the line where you have selected the base five selections win you will be eligible for 40% of any prize money won and will also be eligible for 10% of any winnings from any of the other lines.
This should keep the interest going through to the end of the season. 🙂

Hi Joe
I will update the full ten to follow details when I know who else is joining in and will post them once the entries have been confirmed.
If anyone else is joining in let me know by Thursday 12 noon as the entries have to be in by Thursday night. 🙂
As an additional update after receiving an email querying the topic you just pick the ones you fancy regardless as to whether ie Joe has already selected the same one.

Hi
I hope that example from last seasons bets will give you an idea of the possibilities and last season we had two 100-1 winners from thirty bets so obviously had a brilliant run ending up with a +170 point profit.

[Mike]

Hi
Just to say that due to the current lockdown it looks as though the competition will come to a premature end but such is life. We did not win anything this time around and although reaching a decent position (as mentioned in the previous post) we will probably end the competition with our best line being ranked at around 484 which is still not to shoddy considering the 58,845 entries.
I hope this has given you an idea of how this works and hopefully we will get a few more joining in next years competition. 🙂

[Mike]

Hi (again)
It surely does come to he who waits 🙂 with Spurs getting a late winner we have just hit our first winner of the thread and at 100-1 it has just made my day, week and month. 🙂

[Mike]

Hi
Ten minutes to go and squeaky bum time for the site as both Tottenham and Southampton have scored in both halves, there have already been ten corners, it was level at half time so we just need Tottenham to go on to win. 100-1 shot here we come.??

[Mike]

Hi
Apologies for last night but these things happen and in the current circumstances I cannot guarantee being around for tonights matches.
Therefore I will take an early punt on the Tottenham v Southampton game and will hope for the same level of commitment as was shown in last nights matches.
I will go with both teams to score in both halves over 9 corners in the game and the game to be a draw at half time with Tottenham going on to qualify. This bet carries the usual odds of 100-1.
