Out Galavanting managed to grab 10th place just missed 9th (in a blanket finish) and although the other two bets went down we still cleared a nice little +6 points on the day. There is another meeting at Punchestown tomorrow but I have nothing at present and will give it a miss while I work on the new Joe’s dream punt 🙂 thread for the weekend.

The new thread seems to be causing a bit of a stir so its nice to dip my toe back into some normality.
So we will try the following two selections over at Tramore tomorrow.
1.50 Cherisheverymoment 100-1 but we take the 35-1 for 7 places
3.35 Siberian Star @ 33-1 for 4 places.
Siberian Star is a right monkey who is hard to catch right and has run some stinkers lately but he is now back down to a workable mark and although never winning around here has yet to run a bad race at the track.

Ouch… that was close as Siberian Star couldn’t quite catch the winner and stable companion losing by neck but such is life at least we got a nice return on the day. Therefore although Cherisheverymoment ran no sort of race we still ended up with a +3.6 point profit on the day. 🙂
We will however not be back on here for a few days whilst I concentrate on the football at the weekend. 🙂

I have had a request to post a wager today but there is not much about, but over at Cork you could try…
1.50 Alpesh Amin 25-1 but 16-1 for 5 places looks best as there are no odds available bettng without the favourite’s at present. 🙁 Angelsworknovertime 40-1 is one to follow but this race is a tough ask for either horse to able to get involved.

Alpesh Amin ended up being a non runner and we have very little on the horizon for this thread until Thurles on Thursday later this week.
However at the halfway stage we are well in profit for the month now being +33.80 points up so will end up having aother succesful month which is a nice position to be in.  🙂

At long last we are back racing and here are our selections for Thurles tomorrow.

3.10 Pulsating 100-1 but we are going with 21-1 for 10 places and 27-1 for 9 places.
3.45 Ucandoit @ 25-1 for 5 places Sky bet.

Apologies for the late edit but as several people pointed out it is always best to put the name of the horse down you are backing…lol. Old age does not come alone, 🙁 but in fairness I was distracted working on a new bet for the weekend involving the competitions threads. 🙂
You will also notice there are slightly revised prices on the each way extra markets for Pulsating as they had changed by the time we got around to placing the bet.

Pulsating did us proud by bringing both of the each way extra bets in and with Ucandoit placing third we had a nice day at the office and finished on very decent looking +11.6 point profit on the day.  🙂
We have an old friend running tomorrow in Thomas O’Maille who goes in the lucky last at Sligo. We will hold fire on betting on him unless he shortens from the 25-1 currently on offer as I would not mind a bet without the favourite/s if possible.

I was waiting for a price betting without the favourite and missed it. 🙁 Of course the only one that beat him home was the bloody favourite…lol.

1.50 Wasini Island 50-1 but @ 17-1 for 9 places and 21-1 for 8 places
3.35 Siberian Prince  33-1 @ for 5 places
4.10 Whiskywealth 20-1 @ for 4 places
4.45 Masterstonemason 33-1 (but awaiting extra place options)

Here is an update of last nights selections

1.45 Cloudy Fountain 100-1 but taken at 22-1 for 9 places
1.50 Wasini Island 66-1 but taken at 17-1 for 9 places
3.35 Siberian Star 33-1 Bet void horse now a non runner
4.10 Whiskywealth @ 20-1 for 4 places
4.45 Masterstonemason  @ 33-1 Best price for 4 places 25-1 taken

Both the each way extra bets have options at 29-1 and 21-1 respectively for 8 places but the betting has been suspended at present, I am assuming due to the possiblity of late non runners.

It was a good start to the day when Cloudy Fountain came in but then the ground and our luck turned against us and the last three remaining runners all pulled up. 🙁 This means overall we lost -2.6 points on the day but it’s been a good month so far and we still remain +40.8 points up with 7 days to go.
There is nothing on for today and it may go a little on the slow side this week while we start our groundwork for the Ten To Follow competition which starts next month. 🙁

We have a couple of each way extra’s over at Clonmel tomorrow which are as follows

1.45 Walk In Time 66-1 but we have taken the 30-1 for 10 places and 40-1 for 9 places
2.20 Craic Elle 66-1 but we have taken the 22-1 for 10 places (option on 29-1 for 9 places)

We have edited the prices on Walk In Time as they altered by the time we placed the bet and we will have to take those prices. However the prices are drifting out so it might be worth you waiting until late morning as the 66-1 is already 100-1 etc.

Walk In Time ended up being a non runner but Craic Elle landed 10th spot so we cleared a small +2.96 profit on the day. 🙂 There is nothing for tomorrow but we will be back by the weekend. 🙂
