MikeKeymasterHi
The ground is a big concern at Clonmel tomorrow but we have a couple of tentative suggestions
1.05 Purse Price @ 10-1
1.40 Bois De Clamart 33-1 but we have gone with 17-1 for 6 places with bet365.
Purse Price is up against it tomorrow and we will update the thread later to see if we can get an extra place or bet without the favourite before we go in.09/11/2023 at 7:36 AM #15709
MikeKeymasterHi
I am working today so will not get much of a chance to update the thread so we have gone in with Purse Price as a straight each way bet. π09/11/2023 at 8:11 PM #15715
MikeKeymasterHi
Purse Price was nearly a realy good shout but unfortunately fell when in contention for the lead at the last fence. π But such is life. π
As for tomorrow we head over to Down Royal where we have a few options, which are as follows
12.17 Marronstown 18-1
12.52 Falvio @ 12-1 for 6 places
1.27 Jetara @ 8-1
We will update the thread on Marronstown tomorrow π10/11/2023 at 11:19 AM #15730
MikeKeymasterHi
We have all of are selections drifting in the market this morning which is never a good thing but we will stick to our guns as we have B.O.G (Best Odds Guaranteed) on all of our bets so far. π
This has given us an opportunity to have a look at Marronstown though as this one has drifted out to 40-1 and is now avaialable at 14-1 betting without both Better Days Ahead and Nas Na Riogh.
All bets are as usual 1 point each way and we will be updating the thread and possibly re-archiving sooner than later as I prepare to retire and spend more time on the site re-vamp. π10/11/2023 at 3:20 PM #15752
MikeKeymasterHi
As we drew our first blank today with Marronstown just missing out it was inevitable that we were going to get the obvious query over why we posted a banker bet Brighterdaysahead (which won) on the Joe’s dream punt thread but had not advised this as a tip on this thread. The reasons are twofold and have been explained on here a while ago. Firstly we use this site to give non favourite backers the opportunity to have a punt without risking large bucks on short priced horses. Secondly we give the private tips out which tend to be short priced to the people who engage on the site and support/or have supported the site in one way or another.
I feel your pain if you miss one but try joining in we have free competitions every so often and you might just get lucky. π10/11/2023 at 9:59 PM #15778
MikeKeymasterHi
We have two meetings tomorrow for which we will be suggesting the following options
Down Royal
1.45 Sit Down Lucy 20-1 for 4 places
Gowran Park
1.58 Chicago Storm 16-1
2.32 Diamboy Des Carres @ 16-1
3.07 Star Official @ 7-1 for 4 places
3.37 Milfordfourthree @ 11-1 for 5 places
We will update the thread in the morning when the extra markets are published11/11/2023 at 8:17 PM #15783
ClarenceParticipantHiya π I am having a go over at Nass tomorrow, ( I know Mike has some really good picks) but I am going to try Musta lovea lovea in the 12.15 at 20/1 for 7 place π€π and The Nagger Reidy in the 1.25 23/1 for 7 places π€π€π
11/11/2023 at 8:22 PM #15784
MikeKeymasterHi
We could not find any worthwhile each way extras, hence no updates so stuck with the three bets from last night. It was a so so type of day but such is life. π
Diamboy Des Carres (came second advised at 16-1) and Star Official came fourth at 8-1 which left us with a small profit on the day. πThanks for the vote of confidence Suds but we have been struggling a bit of late. However we do have a few over at Naas which we have listed below
12.15 Talk In The Park 25-1 (bet365) but we have taken 16-1 for 9 places
1.25 Clodders Dream @ 8-1
2.00 Thecompanysergeant@ 8-1 for 6 places13/11/2023 at 12:34 PM #15794
MikeKeymasterHi
We had a nice couple of each way extra’s yesterday with both Musta Lovea Lovea and Talk In The Park both placing in the 12.15 but the bragging rights go to Suds (Clarence) as Musta Lovea Lovea came third. π
The day went downhil after that but we only dropped a point so Kay Sera I beleive is the expression.
We have nothing for today and will be working on theΒ Ten To Follow competition entries in the coming days but hopefully will put something up here midweek. π14/11/2023 at 7:53 PM #15805
MikeKeymasterHi
Most of the racing except that run on the AW (All Weather) tracks has been abandoned lately but we hope to be back at the end of the week. π16/11/2023 at 12:43 AM #15826
MikeKeymasterHi
Assuming the meeting goes ahead at Punchestown tomorrow here are our thoughts.
2.05 Roderick 150-1 but we have gone with 45-1 for 10 places
2.40 Ellaat @ 8-1 for places
3.45 Light Parade @ 25-1 for 6 places
π16/11/2023 at 7:50 PM #15833
MikeKeymasterHi
Not to bad a day today Roderick could only make 12th but both Ellaat and Light Parade placed which ensured that we stayed on course with a small +2.6 point profit on the day.
Tomorrow we will breakaway from our usual wagers which are primarily on Irish hurdle races and head over to Cheltenham as we have a couple of horses that are entered in out Ten To Follow competition.
2.00 JPR One @ 6-4
3.30 Captain Teague @ 4-7
The above two are our competition entries and will done as a win double but the horse below will be our usual each way single.
4.05 Showman @ 10-1 for 6 places17/11/2023 at 6:11 PM #15840
MikeKeymasterHi
Well our first venture away from the Irish hurdlers went well. JPR One went three or four lengths clear jumping the last when the jockey decided to have a rest jumped off and went for a brew. Then Captain Teague drifted on the last bend and could only get second. Showman just didn’t turn up on the day which only goes to show you should stick to what you know. So although we have some runners at Cheltenham tomorrow for our Ten To Follow competition we will go back over to Ireland for the meeting at Navan with the following.
11.50 Rick Dalton 66-1 but we have taken the 14-1 for 9 places
12.20 Rowdy Romeo @ 12-1 for 5 places
12.55 Big Island @ 10-1 for 5 places
Lets hope we can get one of these home (preferably with a jockey still in the saddle). π -
