I had only one of mine in today Moulane West and ended up -3.60 points down which leaves us sitting on a balance of +12.10 points with a few days to go so we should stay safely n profit again. 🙂
As for tomorrow, the prices are understandably slow coming out tonight but are likely bet will be
12.05 Leopardstown Puntastic 66-1
But we will be looking for a bet in the extra markets when they are printed.

We have a few runners from our Ten To Follow competition going today but for the thread just the one.
12.05 Leopardstown Puntastic 66-1 but taken at 16-1 for 9 places and 19-1 for 8 places.

It was a dream result for our Ten To Follow competition runners today as Boothill won again but the result of the day has to go to Editeur De Gite who won at 28-1.
As for this thread Puntastic jumped the last in the the lead but landed badly and all but unseated the jockey he did manage to finish ninth so we got one our bets in which means it was more or less a break even day on this thread, but so nearly could have been the perfect day.
We have a few more runners from our Ten To Follow competition thrad running tomorrow over at Leopardstown but once again we have just the one for here which is as follows.
12.55 Limerick Wee Charlie 100-1
But we will wait until we can access a decent each way extra price.

Another good result today with Away To Sea placing sixth which returned us another +4.8 point profit and with nothing on for tomorrow takes us safely into a healthy +20.5 point profit with only a few days of the month to go.

The double went down Tell Her Nothing was a non runner but Luminous Light placed 8th so would have been a nice pick up had we got the bet down. 🙁 However as we did not get the bet down (in time for the site) this means we have to take a 2 point drop on the day.
This means we finish the month +18.5 points up which is still a cracking result. 🙂
As for tomorrow we have a hatful of wagers to start the new year off which will be as follows.
11.55 Tramore Silver Gazette 66-1 but we will go with 20-1 for 9 places
11.55 Tramore Roccabaker 100-1 but we have taken 22-1 for 9 places
12.50 Fairyhouse Fourbi 100-1 but we will go with 33-1 for 10 places
12.50 Fairyhouse Stagecraft 100-1 but 33-1 for 10 places s the bet
We also have a couple of Ten To Follow entries going in the 2.50 at Cheltenham and have some options on a few of our to follow horses, that we will upate in the morning.

We already have a non runner today in Roccabaker but will replace that one with the following which also make for a cheeky each way double if you are so inclined.
2.00 Fairyhouse Duffy’s Getaway 33-1 but we will use 22-1 without Elle Dorado Rock and Cher Why Not

For those who follow the site I do know that we do have Elle Dorado Rock from our to follow list in the 2.00 at Fairyhouse and Whiskywealth in the 2.50 at Tramore who have both placed for us before but both in my opinion are a little short in price to put up on here today.

Whiskywealth was the only winner today but unfortunately was one we did not use for the thread so with Duffy’s Getaway‘s place return being the best return on the day we actually ended up -2.60 on the day. This puts us on the back foot at the start of this month especially as there is no Irish Racing on the horizon until the weekend. 🙁

I have recieved an email asking why my sudden switch to not only the flat but also the AW.
It is nothing sinister it is just that I like to keep the threads active and Alex D is a horse I have looked at over hurdles and when tried on the AW at Dundalk before ran well.
The horse now returns over a longer trip and looks well in at the weights. 🙂

Todays bet was optimistic but Alex D was eased down in the straight and if turning out again soon would still be of interest to me.
As for tomorrow we are finally back into Irish NH racing and head over to Cork.
12.27 Tell Her Nothing 100-1 but we will go 21-1 for 10 places with a nice option on 28-1 for 9 places.

Apologies for no updates today but I have not been feeling to well and there is likely not to be any other bets on this particular thread until Thursday. However both of the bets on Tell Her Nothing came in as the selection came 7th. This means we have now recovered after a bad start this month and now at least sit on a small profit of + 3.2 points.
