Well “Swing and Roundabouts” today we had one bet and one winner by way of Can Happen for a +4.5 point profit which takes us up to +20.74 overall but disappointingly we missed Grey Fable who won at 22-1. We had backed this one previously Ridiculous Ideas for 2026 but as he opened at 7-1 we could not get a decent each way extra place and left him alone. Obviously I blame the hot weather not the idiot who is running the thread..lol.
We have a handful of entries tomorrow at Wexford and will update the thread tomorrow when all the extra markets open up. For tonight we have just taken the early price on the To Follow horse.

We have another non runner by way of Tiger Twins so we have gone with Lincall without War Correspondent @ 7-1 in an each way double with Happy Me @ 11-2 for 4 places. At best it will lose a point but at least gives us shot at something.
I have after yesterdays mistake had another chat with someone else to take over this thread whilst I look into the other plans on the back burner and will update at the end of the month.

The double went down but Dearg Mor placed so we came out with +1.30 on the day to take us to +22.04 overall.
We have one going tomorrow in the 7.55 at Limerick which is Charlies Gift currently 14-1 for 4 places which we will take if the extra markets are not posted soon.

We took the price as the extra markets did not appear but that can be the case with evening racecards. You do lose the BOG option but such is life.
Just to clarify if someone else takes over this thread it will run exactly as before aiming for 10+ point profit on “To Follow” horses 1 point win on bet builders and 1/2 point each way in extra market horses.

Its a bit early posting before tonight’s horse has run but Maxicourt is available at 11-1 in the 7.00 at Tramore tomorrow and I am happy enough to take that price for 5 places 1/2 point each way.
The other two for tomorrow at Tramore are both in the same race and will form a bet builder when the market becomes available.

Just to play catch up Charlies Gift Fell yesterday Maxicourt pulled up today but Journey So Far and A Snow White Park finshed first and second which bought in the Bet Builder which means going into tomorrow we are on +20.99.
We have a hat full of Extra Market horses all going at Listowel and we will update the bets when the markets are posted.

Penny Express has been taken @ 9-1 without both Touch The Moon & Gomez Adams
Royal Approval has been done without both Speed For Fun & Jack Owen Jack but in a 1/2 point each way double with Illtakehommyself which comes out @ 10.37-1.
Last but hopefully not least Big Dispute & Hamsiyaan are in a bet builder both for a top 7 finish @ 5-2.

Penny Express placed for +0.40 But with the others losing out we dropped -1.60 on the day which takes us back down to +19.39.
We have four horses for three bets tomorrow which are as follows:
Kilbeggan 3.26 Anodandawink @ 7-1 for 5 places looks safe enough at 1/2 point each way.

We will update the next two wagers when the markets are up and running in the morning:
Kilbeggan 4.00 El Regalo 22-1 & Benzine 7-1 will be done in a bet builder
Listowel 3.50 Tim Toe 12-1

Benzine & El Regalo for top 7 in a bet builder @ 19-10 looks worth a go and Tim Toe although a worrying drop in trip is worth a shout @ 17-5 for 3 places.
The bet builder is the usual 1 point win with again the usual 1/2 point each way for the extra market bet.

That was another “neither here nor there” type of day two bets lost albeit the bet builder should have come in but for a few horrendous jumps…lol. But Tim Toe won for a small 2.12 profit (1/4 odds the place part) so we ended up with a tiny +0.12 which takes us up to +19.51.
We have an each way extra horse going at Southwell tomorrow and although not fancied does have potential and has dropped to an intriguing mark.

4.30 Butcher Bill 40-1 but we have gone 21-1 for 4 places.

No bet builder with bet365 but I have managed to get 3.33-1 with Paddy Power for both Benzine & Timurshah to finish in the top 7.

Well not to bad a day but ultimately disappointing as we had a 20-1 winner a 22-1 place plus a bet builder all come in and we only made +5.73. But that’s the way the cookie crumbles and I would have settled for that at the start of the day.
We have nothing for tomorrow but we will be back Sunday and will starting with a balance of +24.24 so it could be worse.
