We have cleaned up most of the threads today with the exception of the main Winningposts thread which will take a while. 🙁

The boredom of playing safe in the football etc on the Mike’s Pension Pot thread has led to me the inevitable Long Shot punt for tonight

BTTS and 2+ corners both teams both halves and 20+ booking points both teams. This comes out at 85-1 using bet builder on bet365 but with there 25% bonus offer hits the 107-1 spot which is worth a punt. 🙂

It has been a while since I dabbled on this particular thread and with Cheltenham coming up it could be the last for a week or so. The wagers here have also been used on the Joe.. goes to the corner 🙂 thread but obviously only for the corners aspect of the wager.
Hearts v Hibernian BB 6-4 LS 50-1
Nottinham Forest v Man United BB 7-4 LS 66-1
Liverpool v Southampton BB 15-8 LS 66-1
The Banker Bet on all three games is BTTS + 1 corner each half both teams and 1 card or more both teams.
The Long Shot wager on all three games will be BTTS and 2+ corners both teams both halves and 20+ booking points both teams in the match.
We have mixed these up a bit just for fun but as per usual you do your own thing. 🙂

It’s hats off to JoeH last night who got one of his corner bets in and that bet saved the day.
Only one of my banker came in and although it cleared me for that part of the bet I should have cashed out on the Hearts v Hibernian long shot at half time. But at that time the bet was going really well and I got greedy. 🙁 However with myself and Joe agreeing for the first time on football (this year..lol) the winning corner bet linked above came in and kept the thread honest.

I see Joe has already gone in and I believe Suds was going in tonight but may miss the deadline (due to outside issues) so I might as well have a dabble as the racing is not a reliable option until the ground and the weather settle down a bit.
I will try out Suds Rugby fixtures data base tonight and go with the following

Phew..The Edinburgh v Ospreys bet came in @ 9-2 and the Munster v Zebre bet only missed out on the points total so its hats off to Suds database tonight and I am not in trouble for posting from it. 🙂
I will update the football tomorrow but the Crawley v Barrow game has already been postponed. 🙁

Inspired by my dabble on Suds Rugby Championship database last night and having no racing on today, I thought I would add a few bets on here and push the boat out odds wise.
Lions v Sharks
Lions -3.5 to beat Sharks
Under 57.5 points in the game
Over 5.5 tries in the game
Both teams to have more tries than penalties
This is pushing the sheet to its limits but this bet bet comes out @ 6-1
Benetton v Glasgow
Glasgow +1.5 to beat Benetton
Under 55.5 points in the game
Over 4.5 tries in the game
Both teams to have more tries than penalties
Once again this is probabaly stretching it tight but @ 6-1 ?
Bulls v Stormers
Bulls -3.5 to beat Stormers
Bulls more tries than penalties
Most tries in the game Bulls
Over 6.5 tries in the game in total
Over 46.5 points in the game
This looks safer @ 13-5 but thats the cue to crash and burn..lol.
I would be chuffed if any one of these comes in but for those venture into the dark side of multiples the odds are quite good for the treble at 175.4-1.

Apologies for the typo’s in the above posts but it had been a long day. 🙁  Just to compound the problem some of the corrections were done today on my phone whilst travelling in the back of a breakdown truck as they took my car to the garage. Being at home without a car is a nuisance but I have been able to watch some of the sport. 🙂
Joe has had double bubble with both his bets coming in on his thread Joe.. goes to the corner 🙂 and my football bet came in with the fourfold paying out at the advised 16-1. 🙂

We are going in with the Liverpool v Man City game and at 10-1 plus a 25% bet boost (bet365) we have 12.5-1 on the following wager.
Man City to win
Haaland to score anytime
Over 3 goals in the game
Over 3 Corners for Man City
Over 4 Corners for Liverpool
Sorry Joe but last month I would have gone for Liverpool but with the current situation injury wise I will have to go with City to win. 🙁 Best of luck though the crowd and extra emotion throughout the ground (given the circumstances) might swing it for you and it’s bet I would not mind losing. 🙂
