MikeKeymasterHi
As it had already been decided that we were going to run the competition over into the first two days of May to include the Irish Graded races at the end of the season it would only be reasonable that we should allow the Irish Graded races on the the 31st of this month to be included. However to be fair to those who do not have a runner involved any points awarded (as with the races on the first days of May) will only count towards the main competition not the monthly competitions.
There has been some confusion over the points awarded for the value of the race so to make it easy for everybody to follow the value of the race will be counted as the value printed in the Racing Post to the winner at the top right of the card. ieThe 2.37 at Down Royal on Friday would be 29,500 so would worth an extra 8 points
The 3.47 at Down Royal on Friday would be 6,490 so would worth an extra 4 pointsHopefully one of these will win and get the ball rolling and it will become self explanatory as we go along but that was probably the kiss of death for those two races….lol.

ClarenceParticipantHiya I see Romeo Coolio is running tomorrow at Down Royal 3.47 ๐๐

MikeKeymasterHi Suds
Yes Romeo Coolio is (hopefully) running at Down Royal tomorrow along with The Yellow Clay in the 2.37 and on Saturday it looks like Don’t Mind If I Do is turning out in the 3.30 at Wetherby so with luck we could get the ball rolling sooner than later.31/10/2025 at 7:20 PM #20411
ClarenceParticipantHiya well done Romeo Coolio ๐good luck with Donโt Mind If I Do tomorrow who ever has that horse ๐ค๐

MikeKeymasterHi
Romeo Coolio won gaining 4 points for the race and 1/2 point as it won at 4-6. Which means Suds who was the only with today’s winner gets the ball rolling for the overall competition on +4.5.
As Andy (APm) is the only one to have Don’t Mind If I Do (tomorrows only runner) he could well take over pole position both overall and for the November competition. Failing that he is also the only one with Woodland Park who goes on Sunday so gets two bites at the cherry.01/11/2025 at 9:21 AM #20421
MikeKeymasterHi
I made a mistake yesterday as I did not spot Mossy Fen Park for Mgame who goes on Sunday which is just as well as Andy’s runner Don’t Mind If I Do is now a non runner today. This along with The Yellow Clay being a non runner yesterday we are struggling to get this party started but we do have six months to go…lol.06/11/2025 at 11:54 AM #20443
RobmullParticipantHi Mike,
I have HAITI COULEURS and IL ETAIT TEMPS running for my TTF team today.
At long odds on in a Grade 2 event the latter will hopefully give me a handful of points to get me started, but not expecting anything from the first named as this is clearly a pipe opener over hurdles, before he reverts back to fences.
All the best,
Rob.

MikeKeymasterHi Rob
I had noticed but was a bit tied up in an excel program and forgot to post in time. Heron In The Park was also running today and lost but as I am sure you know by now its your day in the sun.Haiti Couleurs won @ 17-2 for +8.5 with a +10 race bonus
Il Etait Temps won @ 2-9 for +0.22 but with a +12 race bonusWhich makes you a runaway front runner for the November competition with a massive +30.72 points and that will take some catching.

ClarenceParticipantWell done Rob good start to the competition ๐ ๐
06/11/2025 at 4:29 PM #20447
RobmullParticipantThanks guys,
As you can see from my earlier post, whilst I was fairly confident that IL ETAIT TEMPS would convert his penalty kick, I was not expecting HAITI COULEURS to score points this time.
I reckon he will be awarded a career best hurdles RPR of around 150 for this victory, which is a 14 lbs improvement on his previous best over the small obstacles.
If he can achieve a similar improvement over fences next time, hopefully in the Coral Gold Cup he should go close, but will still need to find at least another 14 lbs improvement to win either of his trainerโs stated end of season target races, namely the Cheltenham Gold Cup and/or Grand National, which are the races that I chose him to cover.
All the best,
Rob.

MikeKeymasterHi
I can only see the one runner tomorrow (so far) which is APm’s “Don’t Mind If I Do” in the 3.15 at Aintree. I will double check later when I get a bit more time.12/11/2025 at 6:40 PM #20497
MikeKeymasterHi
We have our first casualty of the competition with Stateman being ruled out for the season but remember its the best ten scores from twelve that count so keep the faith if you had him.
On the plus side Jonbon has been declared to go on Friday at Cheltenham and there could be list of other big players coming out to play over the next ten days or so.
Also Hopes Are High, July Flower, The Yellow Clay, Marine Nationale and Bowensonfire are declared for Saturday and/or Sunday at Cheltenham. Less likely to run but still holding general entries are Kopek Des Bordes and Brighterdayahead.14/11/2025 at 7:03 PM #20514
ClarenceParticipantHiya, looks like hopes are high may be running for me tomorrow ๐ค
15/11/2025 at 9:18 PM #20529
MikeKeymasterHi
The abandoned meeting at Navan today played havoc with the TFT entries but there are high hopes that most of them will turn out Monday when the meeting is rescheduled. July Flower did run and get me off the mark though so all to play for Tomorrow and Monday if the racing goes ahead. ? -
